Investment Criteria
Our partners are actively acquiring HVAC, plumbing and electrical businesses throughout the United States which meet the criteria listed below. Selling owners have the option to stay on post sale or transition out shortly after close. Depending on your needs, our partners can pay 100% cash at time of close, or allow you to retain a portion of the business going forward.
